Happy Halloween from the Wild House!!

I've had some amazingly fun "kid" days this past couple of weeks preparing for Halloween--- we made cookies, went on school pumpkin farm trips, and tonight the kids went with a friend to a college Halloween event where they each completely filled their treat bags in the college dorms-- they had games, crafts, snacks, pinata's... I think we have a new tradition because they had such a great time!  My little owl, Popcorn, and Darth Vader were quite the trio and I'll have pictures of them all tomorrow, but they looked great!   We have school Halloween parties in the afternoon and my 6 year old invited me to come have lunch with him at school for "crispito" day... I went to "Chili" day last week with Parker and he was so excited to have me come eat lunch with him at school, so my goal is to go at least once every couple of months to spend some special time with them.  

Yesterday, we carved our pumpkins and my husband actually made his first fancy carved pumpkin... he complained about his hand hurting the whole time lol... but he made Kaiden's Frankenstein look pretty darn cute!! While he did that, I whipped out Hello Kitty Dracula for Gabby and Phineas for Parker.... and they looked pretty darn impressive outside! :)
