A sweet friend that I've known for 15 years, had an unthinkable loss this week of her beautiful daughter, Mackenzie, in a tragic car accident. Mackenzie had a smile that could light up a room and a spirit as beautiful... just like her mom. I've just been so heartbroken for Kelly and her family... and I can't imagine the pain and sorrow losing such a beautiful soul. I'm sad for all those things that she'll never experience, but happy that in the short 14 years that she was here, she had such a loving and amazing family who will never forget and forever love their precious angel.
Please help me pray for strength and courage for her and her family. Hold your children tight and tell them how much you love them... be thankful for each day, even the trying ones.

Oh, Tori - I feel physically ill reading this; I can only imagine how you, your community, and this family is feeling right now. Your card is beautiful, though, and speaking as someone who has received several condolence cards over the past few weeks, the ones that people took the time and effort to make are the ones that comfort me most.
