SO... That means it's time to shop!! :) But before you go, I have one more little bit of inspiration using the It's Your Birthday A La Carte set today! I used papers from Echo Park Splash and incorporated the MAKE A WISH Balloon dies, which are a perfect match with the stamp! I used the STARS IMPRESSION PLATE to emboss the balloons (in the picture you can see it on the orange balloon best, but in real life you can see it clearly on all of them!) I covered them with GLOSSY ACCENTS and did some very simple bright coloring in the letters. A card that took more time to dry than it did to make, which is super easy and fun!
