TESC143 - Life is a Circus

Hello all!  I'm feeling a renewed stamping spirit come over me and I did TWO, count em' TWO cards tonight!! I'll post this one right now and another later this morning.  I even managed to complete two challenges while I was at it... AND I cleaned my stamp room.  Digging out from under a paper tornado took a little while, but I have things back where they are supposed to be and it's so inspiring to get my room straightened up.

So where did this burst of energy come from... For one... I had a super sweet email from a client who I took pictures for.  It's always so scary starting something new and that validation that you did a good job is so appreciated.  I'm absolutely loving taking pictures and truly feel like I found my calling.  I get to be creative coming up with cute ideas, but I still get to manage a business as well.  I did all the branding myself and I really love it.  If you haven't checked out my website... it's www.wildphotographybytori.com.

My other kick came from my summer cleaning streak... I even managed to get the kids involved and we did some major house cleaning.  We decided to try a new "toy" system for my boys.  My 8 year old is ridiculous with his stuffed animals.  He packs every single one into his bed to the point that there isn't room for him.... so my husband suggested packing them up and allowing him a limited number.  We'll keep the rest out in the garage in boxes and when he gets bored with the ones he has, he can go swap them for a "new" set.  We'll see how long it lasts, but for the first time in months, I was actually able to SEE his sheets!  Shocking!  

Okay-- so onto the stamping... My card sketch is from last Friday's TE Sketch --- TESC143.  I used Life is a Circus and stamped the cute little elephant... I even broke out the airbrush and did a little airbrushing with YR18 while my paper was still in the die.  I used fun papers from Lime Twist Out of the Blue--- and after I had the card done, I decided to get the Seeing Stars Dies out and add a little accent on the left.  It still didn't look right to me... so why not get the white gel pen out to add some fun white dots.
