Hello and Welcome to our third and final day of peeks before our release tomorrow! I have two fun new sets to show you today! (If you check out the rest of the Baker's Dozen you can see an AWESOME new Chicken Wire/Wood Grain Impression Plate (Probably my very favorite thing this release-- it just didn't work with the cards I made today) and a third set, Patriotic Wreath (which coordinates with the other Seasonal Wreaths released this past year.)
The first set I have to show you today is very appropriate for this Iowa Farm Gal... GREEN ACRES. It's illustrated by Doug Applegate with the Apple Doodle Ink line and it's a full size set with 24 adorable images and sentiments. Very fun and punny sentiments are included... and I used the cute little cows for my card with the Hay There sentiment. The papers are from My Mind's Eye - LIME TWIST.
Next up is a cute Penguin Petite stamp set - Uncle Sam -- also illustrated by Doug for the Apple Doodle Ink line. It includes 5 images on a full color storage panel (as always!) For Fourth of July, you just have to get the Star Spellbinders dies out of the drawer and I used papers from October Afternoon Rocket Age. The stars are from the star impression plate, which I aged a little bit with some distress ink and I added some Baker's twine to tie it off.
Oh geez.. and I almost forgot... we also have an ADORABLE KID'S Summer Fun Pack to share today from our Tiny Chef's!! This kit includes so much fun stuff for the kids to get creative with including tons of summer fun goodies like a chipboard book, card bases, patterned paper from the Imaginisce Berrylicious collection along with lots of embellishments. Kaiden decided he was going to be an Orange Farmer for the day and made this cute little creation... (I laughed when he wanted my chalk to make rosy cheeks... he always wants to play with my chalk when I have it down!) The tractor stamped on the white paper is from Green Acres.. and he used Olive Memento Ink to stamp.
Let's check out the rest of the Baker's Dozen to see what they have for today and make sure to leave comments for a chance to win!
